Modular construction helps solve affordable housing by enabling: Faster build timelines (factory build + site prep happens in parallel) Lower labor waste and reduced rework Improved quality control (standardized assembly + inspection) Lower cost per unit through repeatable production Reduced material waste and improved sustainability Scalable housing output to meet demand in underserved communities We’re hiring Part-time Marketing‑interns who want real startup experience, measurable outcomes, and direct exposure to high-impact business execution. Marketing Intern (Major, BBA – Marketing) Goal: Drive brand visibility + lead generation. Startup Experience Required All applicants must have startup experience, such as: Worked at a startup (intern/contractor/volunteer) Built an entrepreneurial project, venture, or business Participated in pitch competitions/accelerators/incubators Shipped real projects with measurable outcomes Role Details Responsibilities Create and schedule weekly content (LinkedIn + social) promoting modular construction/affordable housing. Support SEO research and keyword strategy (SEMrush preferred). Assist with email marketing campaigns and performance tracking (Campaign Monitor preferred). Report weekly KPIs: engagement, traffic, leads, and campaign insights. Qualifications Pursuing BBA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or recent graduate). Experience with digital marketing: social media, SEO, content, and email campaigns. Bonus: SEMrush and/or Campaign Monitor experience. Strong writing, analytics mindset, and ability to execute in a fast-paced startup (remote).
