• Additional Details: Please direct all communication through LocumsMart Coverage Needed: Onsite orientation required 1 day prior to first scheduled shift ED (NP or PA) Need: 12pm - 10pm coverage Dates Needed: 8/21 - 8/25 9/7 - 9/9 9/21 - 9/24 Specialty Needed: ED NP/PA Will you accept multiple providers: No Schedule Days for Clinic/Hospital: 7 days a week Number of patients seen per day in the clinic: average of 36 What support staff is available: ED Physicians/ ED RN Inpatient/Outpatient: Both Type of Charting/EMR: Meditech Board Certified or Board Eligible: YES Is fellowship required: NO Reason for Need: Time off/Vacations/Scheduling need How long does Credentialing Take: 30 days/as fast as provider can submit required documents Are Temp Privileges Granted: Yes, in needed situations Travel and Lodging: YES if needed Average number of Admissions per shift: 3 per day Ability to treat patients of all ages REQUIRED
