Janitorial Supervisor

San Antonio, TX, United States of America Job Skills / Requirements We are seeking a reliable and motivated Working Janitorial Supervisor to lead a custodial team while actively participating in daily cleaning duties. This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role that requires strong leadership, effective problem‑solving, and the ability to perform well under pressure. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with the scope of work. Participate in operations meetings Follow up on quality inspections Ensure compliance with client work order program. Ensure compliance to all AHI standards and procedures. Employee coaching Other Janitorial Duties as Needed Requirements

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK

18 years or older Legally authorized to work in the United States MUST HAVE VAILD ID AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE (PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD ACCEPTED) Reliable transportation to and from work Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs Able to stand/walk for duration of shift Must wear steel toe or composite toe safety shoes (Not Provided by employer) Previous Team Lead or Supervisor experience preferred 2-3 years cleaning services experience preferred Pay based on experience Applicants must have valid driver's license. Applicants must have two valid forms of identification.
