PrideNow is hiring experienced Maintenance Mechanics for a direct hire opportunity with a leading industrial manufacturing company!

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery

• Perform preventive maintenance

• Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems

• Read blueprints and technical manuals

• Use CMMS systems for maintenance tracking

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Card OR equivalent technical training preferred

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR 10+ years of hands-on experience

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills
