Senior Services Case Support Specialist

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking an Aging Case Aide 2 for the Wayne County Area Agency on Aging. This role supports older adults by guiding them to services, sharing information, coordinating care, and aiding program delivery across Wayne County. You will conduct outreach, assist with center events, supervise volunteers, perform assessments, help with nutrition services, and maintain records in state systems.
