Your Role:

Evaluate Residents’ Functional Abilities and Develop Individualized Treatment Plans
Provide Therapeutic Interventions to Improve Daily Living Skills (ADLs)
Assist Residents with Adaptive Techniques and Use of Assistive Equipment
Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team Members to Ensure Holistic Care
Educate Residents and Families on Therapy Goals and Progress
Maintain Accurate and Timely Documentation in Compliance with Regulations
Monitor and Adjust Treatment Plans Based on Resident Progress
Qualifications:
Current Occupational Therapist License in Good Standing
Degree from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Strong Clinical, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to Work Effectively Both as a Team and Independently
Commitment to Delivering High-Quality, Resident-Centered Care
A Genuine Passion for Helping Seniors Maintain Independence
