Prep Cook Team MemberThe Prep Cook Team Member supports the delivery of the Olga's Fresh experience by preparing quality food with care and attention to detail. This role helps maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment while supporting the TEAM in creating a welcoming and efficient guest experience.Essential Job FunctionsComplete prep tasks accurately and efficiently following recipes and par levelsPrepare menu items to Olga's Fresh standards and guest specificationsMaintain food safety, sanitation, and overall back-of-the-house cleanlinessWash dishes, clean equipment, remove trash, and complete cleaning tasksStock and rotate product in coolers, freezers, and dry storage areasPut away deliveries and maintain organized storage areasUse proper portioning tools and follow quality standardsSupport TEAM Members and maintain a positive, professional attitudeDeliver a clean, safe, and guest focused experience throughout the shiftEducation/ExperienceNo previous experience required. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
