Specialty Pharmaceutical Representative - Women's Health - Denver Territory

The EVERSANA/Millicent Pharma Specialty Pharmaceutical Representative will be responsible for selling Intrarosa, Femring, and Femlyv to OB/GYNs throughout an assigned geographic territory. The Representative will engage healthcare professionals, office staff, and decision makers in face‑to‑face discussions to promote the assigned client products, maximize selling potential and meet or exceed all goals and objectives. The role requires a high level of product, customer, and territory knowledge. The Representative will develop and maintain relationships with health care providers by educating them about product features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient use. Qualifications BA/BS (or higher) from an accredited college or university, focus in business, life science or clinical degree preferred. Minimum of one year of prior pharmaceutical, medical device, and medical sales experience, or B2B experience, or previous experience as a Labor & Delivery Nurse or other clinical professional with current relationships with OB/GYNs. Consistent track record of quantifiable sales accomplishments. Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze, and act on sales data within an assigned geography. Solid, persuasive business communication with physicians and providers. Ability to work independently, exercise sound business judgment and discretion, and analyze and address territory opportunities. Familiarity with a Sales Force Automation (SFA) application preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time, up to a two‑hour radius from headquarters; some overnight travel may be required.
