Senior Analyst, Revenue Management, Domestic Premium Product Strategy

How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The DomesticPremium Product team is responsible for driving premium cabin performanceacross the domestic network, ensuring results outperform the system bydesign. This role sits at the intersection of pricing and inventory strategy, performance analytics, and product optimization. You will support the identification of revenue opportunities, analyze performance trends, and translate data into clear, actionable strategies that improve premium performance across key products including Delta Main Basic, Delta Comfort, Delta First, Delta Premium Select (DPS), and Delta One. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data, and seeing their work directly impact business outcomes. You will also gain exposure to senior leadership through regular performance updates and strategy discussions. This role offers strong development opportunities, including contributing to and presenting seasonal strategies to the broader department, and working at the forefront of new, innovative product experiences. What you’ll do (key responsibilities) Analyze system-level and market-level premium performance to identify opportunities to improve paid RASM Define premium goals and seasonal strategies to drive performance Develop and evaluate tests to improve management of premium products (e.g., upsell tiers, automated positioning) Partner closely with Pricing, Inventory, and Commercial teams to support execution against seasonal goals Collaborate with the PRM Product team to support the development and expansion of new premium product offerings Contribute to the development and refinement of premium tools, including dashboard reporting and machine learning pricing models (e.g., RUBY) What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) 2-3 years of experience in airline revenue management, analytics, pricing, consulting, or a related field Experience with quantitative analysis using tools such as SQL, SAS, Python, Tableau Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team oriented environment Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new concepts and tools Must be performing satisfactorily in current role Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles Possesses a high school diploma, or high school equivalency Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) Experience in airline revenue management, pricing, inventory, or network planning Strong proficiency with data querying tools such as SQL, SAS, Python Knowledge of Delta commercial data sources or tools What makes this role unique Opportunity to work on high-impact premium products that drive disproportionate revenue for the airline One of few teams with regular opportunities to present in department-wide forums, providing accelerated development opportunities Opportunity to work with new product experiences and shape premium revenue strategy Our culture Translate insights into action by pairing analysis with recommendations Take ownership of our work and contribute to team outcomes Proactively identify opportunities and share ideas Simplify complex problems to support effective decision-making We value excellence, continuous learning, and collaboration—and we work together to deliver strong results.
