As a Data Scientist, you will perform the following duties:

1. Serve as a Senior Data Scientist in providing strategic leadership for aligning data governance and advancing modern data architecture with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML). Set scalable Artificial Intelligence governance frameworks within the division's operational ecosystem and stipulate the protocols necessary for the successful integration of AI/ML tools into data stewardship workflows.
2. Provide technical authority overseeing the evolution of data frameworks synthesizing information through data-driven decision making. Analyze and publish program results influencing long-term preservation strategies.
3. Identify methods, processes, algorithms, tools, and systems to extract and interpret findings from varied structured and unstructured data sets related to the data science lifecycle. Model, interpret, and report quantitative information, trends, relationships, and correlations among and within data sets.
4. Streamline complex workflows by applying advanced methodologies to automate and reduce manual administrative burdens shifting the focus of data stewardship staff toward core mission delivery.
