Order Management SpecialistOur client, a leader in providing critical environment solutions, is seeking an Order Management Specialist to join their team. As an Order Management Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Service team supporting multinational manufacturing clients across industries including semiconductor, life sciences, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and microelectronics. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive customer-focused approach that will contribute to operational success and high service levels.Job Title: Order Management Specialist Location: Chandler, AZ Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PMWhat's the Job?Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers.Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.Process customer requests and purchase orders accurately through internal systems, ensuring all required information is entered correctly.Deliver exceptional customer service and support at every customer interaction.Collaborate with internal and external teams to expedite customer orders, resolve issues, and communicate important updates.Perform order entry, order management, stock reporting, and data maintenance using inventory management systems.Compile, analyze, and distribute reports to customers and internal stakeholders.Monitor lead times and communicate order status updates to customers and relevant teams.Coordinate with warehouse personnel on standard, urgent, and special orders, including kitting, assembly, and value-added services.Identify, document, and escalate service, inventory, or process-related concerns that may impact customer satisfaction or operational performance.Develop a strong understanding of products, applications, and customer operating environments to provide informed support.Support client-facing teams with information, reporting, and administrative assistance to ensure a high level of service delivery.What's Needed?Experience in customer service, order management, customer support, inside sales support, or a related role.Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term customer relationships.Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills.Ability to identify customer needs and ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues and proactively recommend solutions.Effective time-management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience using inventory management systems such as ERP, WMS, or similar platforms.SAP experience is highly preferred.Experience with spare parts, machine parts, industrial products, automotive parts, or other technical products is a strong advantage.Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.What's in it for Me?Join an established global organization supporting some of the world's leading manufacturers.Opportunity to work in a critical industry supporting advanced technology, healthcare, and life science innovations.Collaborative and team-oriented work environment.Career growth and professional development opportunities.Exposure to multinational customers and complex supply chain operations.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Diverse and inclusive workplace culture.If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
