Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Drive daily program execution at the local manufacturing site to meet shipment, production, and operational targets.

Monitor program progress, production readiness, shipment requirements, and critical deliverables.

Support New Product Introduction (NPI), production ramp, transition from NPI to Mass Production (MP), and ongoing mass production activities.

Coordinate cross-functional resources across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other teams to establish priorities and manage risks.

Identify execution gaps and implement proactive actions to prevent disruptions to production or shipment commitments.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in program management, manufacturing, operations, engineering, or supply chain roles.

Experience working in a manufacturing, electronics, technology, or high-volume production environment.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
