Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Support Specialist to support and maintain modern IT environments across cloud, endpoint, network, and communication platforms.

On-site in Portsmouth, NH

No 3rd party c2c applicants will be considered, do not reach out

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including user management, security, and platform optimization.
Provide remote technical support for end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Utilize RMM tools, scripting, and PowerShell to automate tasks, monitor systems, and improve operational efficiency.
Administer and support network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.

Qualifications

Experience supporting Microsoft 365/Azure environments.
Hands-on experience with network administration, including firewalls, switches, and wireless technologies.
Experience configuring VPNs, site-to-site networking, and wireless environments.
Familiarity with Fortinet products preferred; equivalent network technologies accepted.
Experience with PowerShell, scripting, RMM tools, or IT automation.
Prior exposure to VoIP systems and troubleshooting is a plus.
