Roofing Sales Representative - Paid Training - $800 - $2,000/Week

Compensation: $80,000–$160,000 OTE

As an Entry Level Sales Representative at Olympus Roofing, you’ll be trained to guide homeowners through the roofing process with professionalism and integrity. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales with a company that provides structure, support, and real earning potential.

No prior roofing experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and clear systems to help you succeed. Prior sales-focused experience is a plus.  You will be using a ladder to get on and off roofs every day - must not be afraid of heights.

• Generate and manage sales opportunities through company-provided and self-generated leads
• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and present solutions
• Educate customers on the roofing process, materials, and warranties
• Follow established sales processes and documentation standards
• Work closely with production and project management teams to ensure smooth handoffs
• Deliver a professional, customer-first experience from first contact to close

• Paid 3-week training program

• $80,000–$160,000 On-Target Earnings , based on performance
• Weekly commission payouts
• Goal for 50% of leads provided by the company
• Eligibility for a company vehicle based on performance
