Job Description Job Description Forklift Operator $17 - $18 What you’ll do: Safely operate sit-down forklift and pallet jacks. Load/unload trailers; move, stage, and put away materials. Pick and stage orders to meet productivity and accuracy goals. Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report issues. Maintain clean, organized aisles and follow all safety/OSHA rules. What you’ll bring: 1+ year forklift experience in warehouse/distribution. Current certification or ability to obtain upon hire. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet. Reliable attendance and clear communication. Inventory Control Associate $19 - $22 What you’ll do: Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile variances. Investigate root causes of discrepancies; execute adjustments per policy. Use WMS/ERP and RF scanners to track inventory accuracy in real time. Coordinate with Receiving, Picking, and Shipping to maintain stock integrity. Maintain 5S standards in bins, racks, and staging areas.
