We are looking for ambitious and exceptional people to join our (relatively small) team to help us build the next generation of financial markets.We're looking for an experienced and driven Systems Administrator to join our lean, high-impact team and help elevate how businesses do IT.Role RoadmapAs a Systems Administrator, you'll be a key technical force behind our end-user tech stack—owning everything from cloud services and identity management to endpoint configuration and support infrastructure. You won't just respond to tickets; you'll actively build the internal systems that power the modern workplace.About YouManaging, configuring, and optimizing core systems like Azure AD, Okta, Intune, JAMF, O365, and othersSupporting a wide range of cloud workloads, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and JiraWriting and maintaining automation scripts (PowerShell, Python) to improve operational efficiencyCollaborating across engineering and business teams to deploy and refine internal toolsTroubleshooting and resolving issues across both Windows and macOS environmentsSupporting collaboration platforms including Teams, Slack, Zoom, and productivity suitesImproving documentation, internal process clarity, and user help resourcesParticipating in after-hours support as neededThe rest of the role is yours to shape. You're excited by the idea of making tech work better—not just for individuals, but for the whole business.You Likely Have3+ years of experience managing cloud-based and enterprise tech environmentsDeep knowledge of Office 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and SharePoint OnlineExperience with IAM tools: Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, GSuite, Auth0Scripting proficiency in PowerShell or Python for automationHands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, JAMF, and managing both Mac and Windows platformsFamiliarity with collaboration tools like Teams, Zoom, Slack, and Office SuiteExperience with ITSM tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or ZendeskA passion for great support and a desire to help others resolve technical issuesBonus TraitsHigh attention to detail and follow-throughClear communicator who thrives in cross-functional teamsCuriosity and a love of learningOrganized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize effectivelyEnergized by challenges and the opportunity to build something newNYC Pay Transparency Disclosure: Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000 annually plus equity and benefits.This salary range is based on the current available market data, and represents the expected salary range for this role. Kalshi has minimal hierarchy and few titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
