Our well-established, family-based dental practice in Wilmington, DE is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our team and work alongside our current provider. Serving northern Delaware for over 20 years, we offer stability, continuity of care, and a loyal patient base.
Requirements of the Dentist:
- Comprehensive General Skillset
- Molar Endo and Implant Placement (strong pref.)
- Clear Aligner Treatment Experience (optional)
- Be willing to work 2 Saturdays per month – 1/2 Day.
- 1 Full Year of experience
- Must hold an ACTIVE Delaware Dental License
Highlights of our clinic for the Dentist:
- Fee-for-service and PPO model
- Family Practice, mainly serving Adults
- Modern Technology on site (iTero Scanner, etc.)
- Monthly Production Average: $50-$70K (experience dependent)
- 1.6 Million in total Annual Revenue
- On-site Assistants, Hygienists, and Admin/Support staff
Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:
- $1,000 Daily Guarantee for 3 months
- 40% of NET Production
- 401K program, CE allowance, and Malpractice coverage
- $25,000 SIGN-ON Bonus (paid over 3 years)
- Future Partnership Option
Schedule:
- Monday (OFF)
- Tuesday – Friday (9:00am-5:00pm)
- Saturday (Off by 2:00pm)
- Sunday (OFF)
