Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Michigan SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
• Experience with school-based populations (K-12) is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans for students with communication disorders
• Deliver direct therapy services to students across a range of grade levels and needs
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and parents to facilitate student progress and generalization of skills
• Maintain thorough documentation, progress notes, and reports to support IEP and eligibility processes
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and actively contribute to student plans
