Role Description This full-time Family Law Attorney role is a hybrid position based in Glendale, AZ, with a combination of in-office and work-from-home flexibility. The attorney will manage a caseload involving divorce, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, modifications, and related family law matters from intake through resolution. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, developing case strategies, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing financial disclosures, and engaging in settlement negotiations or mediation. The attorney will appear regularly in court for hearings, conferences, and trials, while maintaining organized case files, meeting deadlines, and adhering to ethical and professional standards. The role also involves collaborating with support staff and other attorneys, maintaining accurate timekeeping, and contributing to a positive, client-focused firm culture. Qualifications Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona (or eligibility for prompt admission); J.D. from an accredited law school. Demonstrated experience in family law, including divorce, custody, support, and related proceedings, with strong litigation and negotiation capabilities. Excellent legal research, writing, and drafting skills for motions, pleadings, memoranda, and settlement agreements. Strong client counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and emotionally charged situations professionally. Effective case management, organizational, and time-management skills, including managing deadlines, court dates, and multiple active matters. Comfort with legal technology and case management software; proficiency in standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, video conferencing). Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, exercising sound judgment and maintaining high ethical standards. Prior experience in a law firm or litigation setting, especially in family law in Arizona courts, is strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
