How You Will Make a Difference Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents while maintaining the highest degree of quality. Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing. Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility. What You Need to Make a Difference Possess an active RN license in the state of residence. Have current/active CPR certification. Be customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure. Show strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high quality and productivity. Demonstrate excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
