If so, Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for temporary Cannabis Harvest Technicians to work at their production facilities within a 45-minute drive from the Ann Arbor, Michigan, area. You should be eager to be a part of a thriving Cannabis company. Your duties could include anything from transplanting and watering to trimming, pruning, cleaning, and harvesting.

Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing is the original staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis/hemp industry. Requirements:

• Fundamental knowledge and open to learning skills in harvesting (including drying, trimming, curing, etc.)
• Willingness to keep a clean and organized work environment
• Dedication to keeping the facility 100% compliant with applicable laws and regulations at all times
• Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 10 hours/day
• Ability to be in an indoor space with cannabis plants and lighting up to 10 hours/day
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with your hands
• Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to take directions and constructive feedback
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds
• Proven work ethic and reliable transportation
• Ability to arrive on time
• Ability to work for a licensed cannabis operation in the State of Michigan, which includes being at least 21 years of age and being eligible to be badged in the State of Michigan
