Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient assessments and physician directives. Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide critical care as needed. Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest nursing practices and protocols.
