Loss Drafts Customer Service Representative

Loss Drafts Customer Service Representative, a full-time position responsible for handling customer service inquiries related to loss drafts from various stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of calls. Key Responsibilities Resolve inbound service calls regarding loss drafts and related inquiries Document call activity and input information into the Loss Draft Tracking system Coordinate processing tasks such as property inspections and disbursement requests Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalency required Minimum of three (3) years of call center or related experience Basic understanding of insurance claims processing Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications Willingness to attend initial on-the-job training
