Benefits Analyst

As a full-time remote Benefits Analyst, the successful candidate will manage benefit plan enrollment, serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefits support, and assist with data analytics for key projects related to health and welfare plans. Key responsibilities: Managing daily aspects of benefit plan enrollment and resolving inquiries related to eligibility and benefits Verifying documentation for compliance and accuracy to ensure seamless benefit changes Collaborating on benefit-related projects and supporting the execution of annual Open Enrollment initiatives Required qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in benefits administration, human resources, or a related field Proficiency in Workday Benefits and other computer applications like Microsoft Word and Excel Strong foundational knowledge of health, welfare, and retirement benefit plan concepts Associate Degree in General Studies or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Benefits Professional) Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and manage multiple priorities effectively
