The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Care: Perform preventive maintenance and post-maintenance visual quality checks.

• Troubleshooting: Respond to system error messages, analyze quality charts, and resolve equipment defects.

• Parts Management: Oversee the full lifecycle and inventory of critical spare parts.

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in technical upskilling and process optimization programs.

• Safety First: Follow all safety, health, and security guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Machine maintenance experience preferred.

• Computer proficiency to run system interfaces and analyze production data.

• Ability to follow detailed procedures and documentation accurately.

• Comfortable working in full cleanroom gear (coveralls, hood, boots, safety glasses, gloves) for over 90% of the shift.

• Physical ability to lift equipment according to safety guidelines.

• Employment is contingent upon successful background check and drug screening.

Shift and Schedule Details

• Initial Training Schedule: Paid training for the first 1 to 3 months, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Regular Work Week: Compressed 12-hour shifts after training, alternating 3 days one week and 4 days the next.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical Skills: Being good with your hands and using tools to fix, clean, and put machine parts back together.

• Problem Solving: Being able to read an error message on a computer screen, figure out what went wrong, and fix it.

• Following Directions: Paying close attention to detail and following step-by-step safety guides and instruction manuals without skipping steps.

The essential functions of this role include:
