LOCAL CDL B Driver

Job Title Local CDL B Driver (Open) Location Miami, FL (MD) - Filling Medical Responsibilities Consistent routine: Monday-Friday starting at 4am-7am with occasional weekend flexibility. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Load and unload the truck daily with gas cylinders and supplies. Safely secure and unsecure cylinders. Complete deliveries on customer property sites using a hand cart; the role is physically active. Support deliveries in a timely manner and nurture courteous & professional relationships with customers. Frequently move in and out of the vehicle. Required Qualifications Valid Class A or B CDL with HAZMAT & Airbrake endorsements. Hazmat endorsement is required; candidates without current hazmat will not be considered. Maintain appropriate driver’s license, medical card & endorsements. No more than two (2) traffic convictions, or two (2) at-fault accidents in the last three years; or a combination of one traffic conviction and one at-fault accident in the last three years. No driving while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance within the last seven (7) years. Must be able to work in a drug-free environment. Must be able to regularly lift 75 lbs and move more than 125 lbs with the aid of material handling equipment. Must have one year of CDL driving experience in the last five years or proof of a certificate of completion from trucking school completed in the last 12 months. Preferred Qualifications Forklift experience. Five years of CDL B experience.
