Self scheduling Floating policy: within the departments: EP and Stress lab Patient Experience requirements: Certifications: ACLS and BLS Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Cath Lab experience, Structural Heart, IABP, Impella, IFR, FFR Must have: ACLS, BLS Advanced skills needed: PCI, PFO, Impella, IABP Procedures performed on unit: TAVR, PFO, Otherectomy, PCI, R/LHC, Impella/IABP, Implants, DCCV, TEE Certifications Required: Dress Code: (Required uniform) Surgical scrubs provided by hospital Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
