Hydraulic Systems Engineer Job Description Experience: Mid Level Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per hour Job Details --------- If you love building hydraulic solutions and being the go-to technical voice with customers, this one is worth a look. We’re hiring an Industrial Hydraulics Application Engineer to own the technical side of projects, from requirements to schematics to validation to commissioning, and the team is moving fast. What you’ll be doing (high impact): Partner with customers + sales to define the application and design the best-fit hydraulic system Create schematics, size components, build BOMs, and support quotes/proposals Review/approve designs, support testing/validation, and improve performance based on field feedback Support startup/commissioning/troubleshooting (new + retrofit systems) What we’re looking for: BS in ME / Fluid Power (or similar) 3+ years industrial hydraulics / systems integration Strong circuit design + component selection (UL/CE a plus) CAD + hydraulic modeling comfort Travel up to 15% A bit about us: This Cincinnati‑based industrial engineering and solutions provider is a recognized leader in hydraulics, motion control, automation, and custom‑engineered systems.
