Class A Truck Driver

Trillium Drivers is hiring a CDL A Regional Truck Driver in Woodburn, OR!

Pay: $34.00 per hour plus Per Diem: $80 for overnight travel. Average Hours: Approximately 45 hours per week

Schedule: -Start times typically range from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM depending on the assigned route -2–3 overnight layovers per week -Drivers will travel in a sleeper truck for overnight routes

Job Description: -Inspect truck and trailer for defects before and after each trip -Drive a diesel-powered Class A tractor-trailer and deliver hardware and building supplies to retail stores -Regional routes throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming -Maintain driver logs according to Federal and State regulations -Understand and operate transportation technology and electronic logging systems such as PeopleNet -Haul primarily palletized building materials, including some loose lumber and pipe -Touch-freight position -Load and unload freight using a manual or electric pallet jack provided with each load -Complete 2–3 overnight layovers per week -Long-term opportunity

Qualifications: -Valid CDL Class A Driver's License -At least 1+ year of recent and verifiable CDL A driving experience -Clean MVR -Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
