Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care by dispensing prescriptions and administering immunizations. Counsel members on health‑care and medication needs while maintaining confidentiality. Drive sales and profit in the Pharmacy and OTC areas through effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper stock levels, and inventory management. Develop and maintain cross‑functional relationships and analyze economic trends and demographics. Ensure compliance with company, legal, and regulatory policies; conduct loss prevention, safety, operational and quality‑assurance reviews. Supervise, mentor, and provide performance feedback to associates, fostering a high‑performing and inclusive team culture. Lead community outreach programs and encourage associates to serve as community ambassadors. Make data‑driven decisions, balance short‑ and long‑term priorities, and support continuous improvement and technology adoption. Deliver results with a customer‑first mindset, applying EDLP and EDLC business models. Minimum Qualifications B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD® (or equivalent) and a valid state pharmacy license by the job entry date. Completion of an ACPE‑accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored). FPGEC (NABP) certification required. Preferred Qualifications Additional pharmacy experience or specialty training (e.g., immunization, compounding) preferred. Compensation Annual salary: $112,000.00 – $197,000.00. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and Regional Pay Zone adjustments. Benefits Health benefits: medical, vision, and dental coverage.
