Urgent Position of AEM Architect Hi, Location: Milpitas, CA (Onsite) Exp- 7 to 10yrs We are looking for an experienced AEM Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale digital experience solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service, Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, and enterprise integrations, along with hands-on experience managing Akamai CDN and website performance. Key Responsibilities: Architect and implement scalable AEM-based digital solutions. Provide hands‑on development and technical leadership across AEM projects. Design content models, reusable components, and integration frameworks. Manage Akamai CDN configurations, caching, security, and performance optimization. Drive CI/CD, DevOps, and Cloud Manager deployment strategies. Integrate AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud, APIs, and enterprise systems. Ensure website scalability, security, accessibility, and SEO best practices. Contribute to MCP-based AI agents and content automation initiatives. Mentor teams, conduct architecture reviews, and establish development standards. Required Skills: 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in AEM architecture. Strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM Cloud Service, Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL/Sightly, and Java. Experience with Akamai CDN, DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise integrations.
