About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Digital Infrastructure and Operations to spearhead the next phase of enterprise technology growth and transformation. This executive will be responsible for defining and executing a multi-year infrastructure and operations strategy that is in line with the business's growth objectives. The role involves scaling technology operations to meet the demands of increasing organizational complexity, global expansion, and future acquisitions. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving automation, AI-enabled operations, and modern platform engineering practices, as well as improving resilience, disaster recovery, and service reliability. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a background in executive leadership, with a focus on enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, platform engineering, or IT operations. Experience in optimizing mature cloud environments, driving automation, and improving operational efficiency is essential. The role requires a strong understanding of AI adoption, workflow automation, and technology enablement, as well as a proven track record in supporting acquisitions, integrations, or large-scale business transformations. The VP will also be expected to build and develop high-performing global teams, and to partner closely with executive leadership and stakeholders across various functions. This is a highly visible leadership position with significant influence on how technology supports business expansion, global operations, and future innovation.
