Production Worker - Entry LevelThe Production Worker will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to produce products according to specifications. This includes setting up machines, monitoring the production process, and performing quality checks to ensure products meet standards.ResponsibilitiesOperate machinery and equipment for production.Assist in Production tasksEssential SkillsGeneral production experience.Ability to lift 50 pounds multiple times during a shift.Work EnvironmentWork involves constant standing, moderate to heavy lifting (20-50 pounds), and bending. Exposure to noise and dust. Safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection are mandatory, with jeans and long sleeves recommended.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of CHATFIELD, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
