We're hiring IBD coaches at CareerXL.
CareerXL gets undergrads into investment banking, consulting, PE, and hedge funds. Since 2021, 106 of our 107 program completers have placed, with 135 verified offers across 86 firms. 1 in 3 lands at a bulge bracket, elite boutique, or MBB. Nearly half come from non-target schools.
We need more bankers who can get them there.
What you'll do
- Coach students 1:1 on IB technicals, behaviorals, or networking strategy
- Run mock interviews and give direct, specific feedback
- Work with a lead mentor who owns each student's overall plan
Who we're looking for
- Current or former IBD analyst or associate at a bulge bracket, elite boutique, or top middle-market bank
- Incoming Interns and Analysts can be considered for junior coaching roles
- Recent enough to know what recruiting and superdays look like today
- Able to explain an LBO to a sophomore and have it stick
- [X–Y] hours per week, remote, flexible around your banking schedule
Pay: Competitive per hour based on experience and fit
