- Produce, and pack samples submitted by Customer Service.
- Perform the required quality checks for samples.
- Keep track of trailers in the yards and at the doors waiting to be loaded or unloaded.
- Produce cut rugs.
- Adjust Bill of lading paperwork.
- Check for correct supplies: plastic wrap, cores, inserts, Oz. labels, and style labels.
- Apply correct sticker/label on rolls for product identification.
- Keep a clean and orderly workplace.
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity related to product, process and the system.
- Identify any problems relating to the product, process and the quality system.
- Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
- Verify the implementation of solutions.
- Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
- Fully supports and participates in the SafeGuard Program and conforms to all safety requirements and procedures.
- Fully supports and participates in the ECO Initiative Program.
- Fully supports and participates in the Continuous Improvement Process and the Quality Management System.
