What You'll Do

• Utilize our unique platform and your personal network to find prospective healthcare candidates
• Contact potential candidates to discuss MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
• Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Keep leads engaged and assist them on their hiring journey through follow-ups
• Ensure meticulous record-keeping in our applicant tracking system
• Rewarded via commission for meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and successful hires derived from your leads

How You'll Be Paid

This is a commission-only position based on performance. There is no limit to what you can earn or how far you can go.
