About The Role We are seeking an experienced litigation attorney with a focus on general liability to join a collaborative team handling complex civil defense matters. This role allows flexibility in work location, including fully remote or hybrid options, and provides exposure to a range of litigation matters in state and federal courts. Key Responsibilities Manage general liability cases from intake through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents. Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and depositions. Provide strategic guidance to clients regarding case risk and litigation strategy. Conduct detailed legal research and prepare analytical memoranda. Work independently while collaborating effectively with senior attorneys and trial teams. Qualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Licensed and admitted to practice in California. Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in general liability; up to 10 years preferred. Experience with motor vehicle or rideshare cases is a plus but not required. Strong academic credentials with proven legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
