Freight/Dock (mid-shift):

SHORT DESCRIPTION (2): Prepares and verifies outgoing shipments to transport with carriers. Strapping and wrapping of the pallets, attaching pro labels, verifying the BOL information, loading the pallets onto the trucks when drivers arrive.

QUALIFICATIONS(2): 1 to 3 years’ experience

- High volume shipping- 100+ pallets daily, heavy lifting/moving of pallets. Minimum lift up to 50 pounds required

- Stand-up lift experience, pallet wrapper and strapper knowledge, manual pallet jack, dock gate

- Staging pallets in organized manner for good flow of pick-up from carriers

- Loading the pallets onto the carrier trucks

- Quality and delivery are first and foremost, daily we have to report to the customer what shipped and what didn't and why

- Maintaining clean and organized dock area to ensure that no shipments are misplaced

Shipping Inventory Specialist (1st shift):

SHORT DESCRIPTION (2):Responsible for inventory control of finished goods insuring the proper picking and stocking of materials as well as overall maintenance and organization of the area. Will also work with AIVs that are bringing the product over. Clean up any inventory discrepancies. Computer skills, communication, email etiquette.

QUALIFICATIONS(2): 1 to 3 years’ experience

1. Receive and put away all customer and kanban orders within the time allotted time < 1hr after being produced

2. Accurately pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product are delivered to the appropriate shipping location.

3. Lead, shipping order picking and receiving team by coordinating and prioritizing activities in alignment with shipping coordinator and supervisor

4. Transport orders from the production floor locations with approved material handling equipment, ensuring orders are safely staged in accordance with instructions from shipping coordinator and supervisor

5. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallets jacks etc.

6. Arrange and execute cycle count system

7. Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy

8. Produce labels and other signage required in area in accordance to PartnerTech standards

9. Observe and abide by safety requirements and promote a safe work environment

10. Maintain a high level of organization and 5S

11. Other duties as assigned.
