Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist
Our organization is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide empathetic, evidence-informed rehabilitation services within a patient-focused, faith-oriented atmosphere. In this position, you will:
- Assess patients' conditions and needs
- Create personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing function, mobility, and overall quality of life
- Work collaboratively with physicians and a multidisciplinary team
- Educate patients and their families about treatment processes
- Maintain accurate documentation of care using electronic medical records (EMR)
