Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and establish appropriate treatment plans. \n
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique circumstances of individuals, couples, and families. \n
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to support client growth. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to refine treatment strategies and ensure holistic client care. \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of mental health best practices. \n
You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. \n
- An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Georgia is necessary. \n
- A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting. \n
- A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health practice. \n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds. \n
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a healthcare team. \n
- Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and relevant technologies to manage client information. \n

- Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred. \n
- Previous engagement with community mental health initiatives or programs that serve underrepresented populations. \n
