No touch freight NO terminations for late deliveries ever No more than 4 in the past 3 years No more than 3 moving violations the past 3 years in any vehicle None of the following; Careless or reckless driving in previous 3 years Cell phone violations in the previous 3 years Improper or erratic lane change in the previous 3 years Following too close in the previous 3 years Violating State or local law relating to motor vehicle traffic control (other than a parking violation) arising in connection with a fatal accident Driving a CMV without a CDL or CLP Driving a CMV without the proper class of CLP or CDL and/or endorsements for the specific vehicle group being operated or for the passengers or type of cargo being transported Violations concerning railroad crossings while driving a CMV No speeding 15 mph or more over posted speed limit in the last year in any vehicle. If only 6 months experience - no accidents in any vehicle allowed
