Job Title: Machine Operator Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to assist with machine operations at our Detroit facility for a Three Rivers production project. This role involves working on the T1X line, where you will utilize crane assistance to lift 40 lb parts throughout your shift.

• Load and unload CNC machines or presses.
• Use hand tools to assemble parts on a line.
• Measure parts to ensure they are within tolerance.
• Add covers to finished axles before they proceed to the paint line.

• Prior machine operating experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to consistently lift 40 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Experience operating any type of machinery.
• Ability to lift axles and other materials from machine to machine, sometimes overhead.
• Capability to bend, lift, and twist throughout the shift.
• Steel-toed boots/shoes.

Work in a clean and well-lit warehouse/production floor where safety is a priority. The dress code includes jeans, a shirt with no logos or vulgar language, and steel-toed boots. The position requires availability for mandatory overtime, with shifts from Monday to Friday, and the potential to work six days a week.

This is a Contract position based out of Detroit, MI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Detroit,MI.
