Communications Specialist

Job description About the company:
Provider Resources Inc. (PRI) is looking for a Communications Specialist to build and maintain PRI's voice - internally with our team and externally with the market. This is a role for a strong writer who can manage communications independently and understands how to build an employer brand.

What you will do:
- Assist with writing and editing internal communications - all-hands messages, employee engagement, leadership updates, policy announcements, and change communications.
- Serve as an important editorial voice for company platforms, ensuring alignment across channels.
- Play a key role in monthly monitoring and reporting on overall performance of communication initiatives across platforms (intranet, website, email, newsletter, etc.).
- Support company goals and priorities by drafting and executing comprehensive communications strategies, in partnership with division and executive leaders.
- Support executive and senior leadership through event planning and logistics (e.g. coordination for off-sites, board meeting, and stakeholder conference attendance).
- Support leadership in developing executive communications - presentations, speeches, and talking points.


What we are looking for:
*Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or similar field
*2-3 years of relevant experience; corporate, healthcare, or government experience strongly preferred
*Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
*Thorough knowledge of AP editorial style, and possess a clear writing style
*Adept at managing relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently
*Able to draft high-profile, company-wide communications, anticipating audience questions
*Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
*Highly organized with exacting attention to detail
*Familiarity with Microsoft Office, and design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar applications
*Demonstrated discretion handling confidential and sensitive information, particularly in a regulated environment

The anticipated salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role will be above (not including discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits). The final salary offered will be dependent on several factors that include but are not limited to relevant previous experience including duration and type of experience within the industry, education, and internal equity.
