AI Project Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC or Chicago, IL Days onsite: 3 days onsite Contract: 6 months to perm Interview process: 1 and done virtual interview

Top Must-Haves:

7+ Years PM Experience – Do not show him a resume that says someone has 10-15 years of experience as an AI PM – it did not exist that long.
3+ years managing AI initiatives - strong understanding of the AI delivery life cycle.
Agile expertise
Prev. Financial Services Experience – (Client Project Management Experience gets the win)
Strong stakeholder management skills – Excellent verbal and written communication.

What he doesn't like?

Doesn't want a solely technical PM - must have experience managing large scale initiatives end-to-end

Nice to Have:

Prev. Client experience

Project Details:

Reliability Engineering and Data Intelligence (REDI for short)
GenAI initiative focused on automating prod support processes via reliability engineering and Data Intelligence.
Root cause, platform restoral.
