Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kristin Sorensen - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Our agency has proudly served the community since September 2007 and is a close-knit team of four full-time members. We've built a strong foundation focused on consistency, service, and long-term growth. Our office culture is positive, encouraging, and growth-focused. We're looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, and eager to grow - someone who values being part of a supportive team while building a long-term career.
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred but not required.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
