Job Summary:
Telemetry (TELE) Nursing position in Chandler, Arizona. This role involves providing care to patients with cardiac monitoring and other telemetry procedures within a busy acute care setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of shift.

Job Details:

• Location: Chandler, Arizona
• Schedule: Nights; every third weekend; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS); current driver's license; minimum 2 years of recent experience within the past 6 months; license to submit
• Preferred Qualifications: Critical thinking skills; experience with Cerner electronic medical record system; ability to float to tele/medsurg floors; experience with chest pain evaluations, post heart catheterization, pre-CABG assessments, post interventional radiology and endoscopy procedures; knowledge of non-titration medications such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, and Labetalol
• Additional Information: Candidates must pass a dysrhythmia exam through UNA within 24-48 hours of receiving the offer (maximum of 2 attempts). A pass/fail simulation lab will occur on day 1 of orientation; failure results in a do not utilize (DNU) status for 6 months for specified regions. Floating to sister facility may occur. Floor specific orientation: 2 days. No alcohol withdrawal unless 3 days out. Cancellation policy allows up to 4 shifts cancellation per 13-week assignment.
