Restaurant Assistant Manager Compensation:

Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

Guest satisfaction
Builds team talent - recruits, hires, trains, and develops team and staff

Communicates and cooperates effectively with the team

Restaurant Assistant Manager Qualifications:

Previous AGM experience in Restaurant or Retail
Loves to serve guests
Steady tenures, progression - No job hoppers
No clipboard managers
