Part Time Receptionist

Position Overview Our ideal candidate is someone that has strong customer service and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, great phone etiquette, works well in a team environment, and is both committed and determined on a daily basis. This role primarily consists of answering and directing phone calls, greeting and providing excellent in-person and on‑phone service to all customers, assisting team members in customer service areas, providing an exceptional experience for clients and performing some cashier duties. Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls Greet and provide excellent in‑person and on‑phone service to customers Assist team members with customer service tasks Ensure an exceptional experience for clients Perform cashier duties as required Qualifications Strong customer service and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Great phone etiquette Works well in a team environment Committed and determined on a daily basis Customer service experience: 1 year (Preferred) Schedule Part‑time. Fill‑in when others are out or when business is busy. Employment Requirements Drug test and criminal background check required. Compensation Salary: $18 – $18 per hour.
