Mission Operations Expert, Lead At Booz Allen, you will use your industry knowledge to design and develop solutions within the national security framework in support of intelligence organizations and mission operations. You will bring creativity, critical thinking, research, investigative and operational expertise to uncover schemes and scenarios, provide historical conclusions and model future events and correlations. You will lead a development team that uses emerging technologies, including agentic AI, to process metadata and content for discovery purposes. You will be a trusted advisor, sharing knowledge and findings, and developing and mentoring others on technical analysis and discovery tradecraft that drive change. Responsibilities Lead the development team in the application of AI and other emerging technologies to support intelligence gathering and analysis. Provide trusted advisory services and mentoring to team members. Communicate findings and developments to stakeholders and clients within policy and tradecraft requirements. Qualifications 10+ years of experience supporting the intelligence community. Experience working overseas, in U.S. IC operations, and collaborating with local and federal law enforcement. Knowledge of current events within the Americas. Ability to quickly synthesize complex information and operate within client policy and tradecraft requirements. TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. Bachelor's degree. Nice to Have Experience managing others overseas. Experience collaborating with multiple intelligence community organizations. Excellent written and oral communication. Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Compensation Salary range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD).
