Details Work in the Interventional Radiology department of a hospital setting Department includes 2 angiographic rooms, 1 small image-guided treatment room, and a dedicated fluoroscopic CT room Facility includes a 7-bed dedicated PACU and a 14-bed ambulatory recovery unit Services both inpatient and outpatient populations daily Performs a wide variety of procedures including angiography, embolization, drainage, tumor ablations, and image-guided biopsies Uses EPIC EMR Rotating on-call requirement Requirements Active and clear NY RN license required Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS Minimum 3 years of experience in a Critical Care setting required Minimum 1 year of experience in an Interventional Procedural Department (IR, Cardiology, Vascular Interventions, or Neuro IR) required EPIC EMR experience required 5 years of Critical Care experience preferred 3 years of Interventional Procedural Department experience preferred Prior travel experience preferred Additional Information Perform a wide range of IR procedures including angioplasty, stent placement, embolizations, drainages, tumor ablations, and image-guided biopsies Scrubs are provided Local candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of the facility are accepted American Traveler Job ID P-743956.
